Abilities

Deluge is a hybrid being consisting of human organic tissue combined with a chemically induced water-born synthesis. While in his water state, Deluge creates an outer water shell of varying depths based on his intentions. While in this form, he can create water-shaped objects such as hammer forms and other bludgeon shapes in addition to other wide-spread water formations.

 

 

Background

Deluge was created from an anonymous volunteer within the ranks of Dysan Industries. Nothing is known of his background aside from being of average build and athletic ability, presumably also possessing average intelligence.
